The Release of SpeechBridge© 6.4 Again Raises the Bar

  • Dialed-number verifier:  Prevents callers from accidentally dialing extensions or other numbers that are not in the User Directory, from both the main directory and the speak-the-number menu.  She’s a super phreak, ow.
  • New recorded prompts for virtual receptionist:  A fresh voice to enhance the caller experience.
  • New ShoreTel SIP profiles:  Choose between ShoreTel 14.1 and higher, and ShoreTel 14.0 and below (“legacy”).
  • Improved name-confirmation handling:  Better performance when confirming the name that a caller said, in noisy environments and with fast-talkers
  • New APIs for custom application developers, and enhanced admin CLI
  • Bug fixes and performance improvements
