Incendonet Announces the Release of SpeechBridge® 6.2, the Most Easy to Use Speech IVR Yet

  • DID Mappings now have a menu-picker to easily assign DIDs to IVR menus
  • Easy linking of IVR menus to custom VoiceXML
  • New command types in IVR menus
  • Easy upload of personalized name recordings per user in the Virtual Receptionist
  • Features and Licenses page for a quick list of enabled capabilities
  • Much longer blocks of text for TTS
